This recipe is the actual recipe used for lizard guts in the Disney movie "Jungle 2 Jungle. Kids should get their parents help with the microwave.
It's pretty gross! Enjoy!
Take 1 eggplant, stab it a few times with a fork, then microwave for 10 minutes on high (kids should get parents help with this). Let cool 1 hour.
In a bowl mix the juice of 1 lemon, 1 Tablespoon of olive oil and a dash salt.
Slice open the eggplant and scoop out its "guts" into the bowl.
Mix up with your hands (gross!).
Add food coloring, if desired, for the maximum gross-out effect.
Enjoy!
Serve to your friends or take it to school for lunch and make them sick!
Great for halloween parties, camp, etc.
