Will my toys arrive in time for Christmas?

Continental US: Please check the map below for regular UPS transit times to your area. At this time of year, these transit times are not guaranteed, therefore, you may wish to add 1 day to be safe. UPS will deliver up to December 24.

Most orders ship by the next business day. Out of stock items will be back-ordered and shipped by standard UPS as soon as they are available. If an item has been out of stock for 30 days, the back-ordered item will be cancelled.

Up to December 15, 2009 - Standard shipping to Continental US should get your order to you in time. Order by Noon to assure delivery to West Coast. Ground shipping to the West Coast is not guaranteed at this point.

December 16, 2009 - If you are on the West Coast you should choose 3rd day rush shipping ($15.00 surcharge).

December 17, 2009 - If you are on the West Coast or Midwest you should choose 3rd day rush shipping. ($15.00 surcharge).

December 18-21 - Unless you are on the East Coast you should choose 3rd day ($15.00 surcharge) or 2nd day rush shipping ($30.00 surcharge). Ground shipping is not guaranteed at this point.

December 22, 2009 - Unless you are in the yellow (1 day) delivery area on the map below, you will need 2nd day ($30.00 surcharge) or next day shipping ($60.00 surcharge). Ground shipping delivery is not guaranteed at this point. We cannot guarantee arrival in time for Christmas and will not accept returns for orders placed today that don't arrive by Christmas.

December 23, 2009 - You will need next day shipping ($60.00 surcharge). You must place your order by 12:00 noon Eastern Time for your order to arrive in time. We cannot guarantee arrival in time for Christmas and will not accept returns for orders placed today that don't arrive by Christmas.

December 24, 2009 - You're kidding, right? If you place an order today you will not receive your order in time for Christmas. Your order will ship December 28.

If you do not choose Rush Shipping on checkout, we will ship your order by regular UPS.

International: If your order is shipping outside the US we can make no guarantees that it will arrive in time for Christmas.
